Holiday Distribution 2017
 

This year’s event will take place in Ayers Hall at the beautiful LA County Arboretum in Arcadia and the Monrovia and Pasadena Centers.  As this is such a popular event for volunteers, it is necessary to accept volunteer registration on a first come, first served basis until the total number of needed volunteers is reached. Should your registration form be received after the number of volunteers is filled, please continue to visit our website at www.foothillunitycenter.org for upcoming volunteer opportunities.

Notice to all volunteers: For safety reasons, closed-toe shoes must be worn in order to volunteer.  Set-ups, clean-ups and loading pallets, etc. will require some heavy lifting of approximately 25 pounds or more.  Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to volunteer on Saturday, December 16th. 

IMPORTANT: Youth under age 14 must be accompanied by parent/guardian at all times.

Packing - LA County Arboretum (Adults & Youth):  Friday, December 15: Select preferred shift(s) here

Time: Shift 1: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (CLOSED)
Time: Shift 2: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm (CLOSED)
Time: Shift 3: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (Unloading toy bags) (CLOSED)

Time: Shift 2: 1:00 am - 4:00 pm (includes clean-up)
